Security Services
Properties which are not inhabited permanently can, unfortunately, often be the target of unwanted visitors. A property that is obviously visited regularly is less likely to be targeted for burglary!!! We provide a reliable security service which covers regular visits to your property when empty. This is a totally flexible service and includes visits to the exterior and/or interior of the property to a frequency that is determined by you, our client. As an example, this could mean a weekly exterior visit plus a monthly interior check, depending on how often you would like. After each check we can email you if you prefer, to confirm that everything is in order. In the event that we identify a problem our first priority is putting it right and making your property safe, in full agreement with you.
This also includes checking your property in the event of a storm, as storm damage is a very real possibility on the Costa Brava, especially to TV’s, telephones and electrical appliances.
If we are required to buy fittings/replacements or specialist work is necessary, this will incur an additional charge. We will inform you if any problems that may arise and quotes can be obtained for work on your behalf.
Keyholding
We will hold the keys of your property and upon request make them available to visiting guests or tradesmen. This is normally for owners who do not regularly rent out their property or want any other kind of service. We can also arrange for one of our team to be at the property to meet visitors or tradesmen. We will never leave your keys with a tradesman unless we have your full authorisation in writing in advance.
