Your Spanish holiday home is probably one of the best investments you could make – housemartin can also make it problem free.
If you do not intend to stay in your Spanish property for long periods, an excellent way to cover the cost of the property is to consider letting for short holiday rentals or longer term. You can make a substantial income on your investment or just cover the annual costs associated with the ownership of a Spanish property.
If you live in the same area as your holiday home, you could manage all aspects of property management, rental management and maintaining the property yourself, although there is a considerable amount of work involved. Alternatively, if you do not live nearby or prefer to have a professional take care of your property, the best solution is to hire a property management company that takes away all the worry of the rental business. All you have to do then is sit back and enjoy the income from your holiday rentals!
We offer a full property management and maintenance service which guarantees that your investment receives the best possible care and attention. This means that you can avoid the headaches associated with managing rentals and relax, both when you are away from Spain as well as when you are there, knowing that your property is in safe hands.

Meet & Greet
We will meet your guests, welcome them to your property and provide keys on arrival.
We offer a meet & greet service which ensures that your guests feel comfortable and welcome from the minute they arrive in Spain. We believe that your guests will be much more likely to look after your property if they feel that you have gone to the trouble to make their holiday experience welcoming. This service includes the possibility of collection from the airport or train station and the provision of a “welcome pack” if required so late arrivals do not go hungry.
Deposits
We can take responsibility for deposits on arrival, which are only handed back to your guests after full inspection of your property. Any damage which may occur is immediately identified and agreed with the guest and an amount is retained for its repair or replacement in the case of a broken item.
Call out service
We offer a Call Out service which deals with any unforeseen problems your guests may have. A contact number is left with them in case of emergency.
