Whether you decide to rent out your property or keep it for your own exclusive use, we offer cleaning services which are suited to your own individual needs.
Cleaning for you
We will clean your property in a professional way, change bed linen and towels, and leave everything ready for your next visit whenever that may be. This means that even if you arrive on the spur of the moment you can be sure that everything will be just as you want it with the beds made waiting for you. We will give it a full clean, kitchen, bathroom, appliances, vacuum & mop the floors, sweep the terraces, replace toilet rolls and towels, change the bedding. Laundry will be washed.
If there is a fairly big gap between your visits – you may not, for example, want to visit during the winter months – we can also go in to “refresh” your property just before your next visit, as dust will undoubtedly collect when a place is shut for a while. We can also provide a “welcome pack” for you if required so a late arrival does not mean a hungry client!
Cleaning for renting
A clean property is without doubt your key to success in the letting market!
Cleaning contracts are adapted to the needs of each client but our usual cleaning contract includes a visit to the property after each letting, giving it a full clean, kitchen, bathroom, appliances, vacuuming & mopping the floors, sweeping terraces, replacing toilet rolls and towels, changing bedding. Laundry will be washed. Maid Service during lets can be arranged at extra cost. We expect the owner to provide at least 2, preferably 3, sets of bedding and towels to allow for any ‘accidents’ with your guests and same day changeovers.
