Who are we?
We are Anne & Geoff Martin, both British, but having lived in France for 18 years before moving to Spain on a full-time basis. We know what it is like to snatch that precious weekend escape only to find that you spend all weekend working on the garden or the pool. We had a holiday home here ourselves for over 20 years and have found out the hard way how difficult it is to find reliable professionals to look after our dream home. It was not such a dream when we arrived unannounced to find the grass waist-high and a green swimming pool despite the fact that we had regular maintenance contracts in place! It was because of this personal experience that we decided it was time to set up our own Property Management Service offering the reliability we had found it difficult to find.
